The summer Olympics will be held in Beijing, China from August 8 to 24 this year. While today’s Olympians compete for gold, winners in the ancient games in Greece received a crown made of Olive branches.
Broadway Gardens and Rice Road Greenhouses are holding their own Plant Olympics with monthly contests for kids aged 4-12. There are monthly 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes, and all monthly entries will be entered into draw for the grand prize of a mini-getaway for four at Great Wolf Lodge including accommodation and water park.
